The North Quabbin Chamber of Commerce is governed by a thirteen member Board of Directors. This Board is made up entirely of Chamber members. They meet monthly and provide oversight and guidence to the Executive Director. The Executive Director is hired by the Board and works for the Board. The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day operation of the Chamber and works directly on many of the projects that the Chamber is involved with. The offices of the Board are as follows:

President Vice President for Industrial Affairs Vice President for Community Affairs Treasurer Secretary

The Board may also have sub-committees that are established for specific projects such as the sub-committee for Tourism.
