All About Mushrooms

Willie Crosby, Award winning owner of Fungi Ally, will discuss  mushroom species in the northeast and how to Identify wild mushrooms and when to forage . 

He will cover life cycle and how mushrooms grow, discuss 6 common species of mushrooms which can be found safely and abundantly in the northeast. He will also go over 4 common poisonous look-a-like mushrooms to stay away from. Participants will learn how to safely identify mushrooms and have the tools to identify mushrooms in the wild.
