The Athol Public Library is happy to host Quabbin Quills for their second book launch at 568 Main Street, Athol, on Tuesday, May 21, from 6:00 -7:30 p.m.
Join local nonprofit Quabbin Quills for the launch of their second anthology Mountains and Meditations. This all new collection features over 50 pieces from writers in and around the Quabbin area. Proceeds from the book will go towards further publications and the creation of a scholarship fund for college-bound students interested in writing. Help support our community by coming to listen to readings as well as purchasing the latest collection of great local works.
This program is supported in part by grants from the Barre, Hardwick-New Braintree, New Salem, Orange, and Warwick Cultural Councils, which are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
